SHIPPING POLICY

ClosetHook offers free shipping on all pre paid orders! We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours after placement but it can range from same day to 2 days.

Our dispatches take place from Monday to Saturday, and it takes 1 to 5 days to reach your location based on your area of delivery:

Delivery time based on Location:

Metros: Ranges from 1 to 3 working days.

Within Maharashtra: Ranges from 1 to 2 working days. 

Non-Metros: May range from 2-5 working days.

ClosetHook will not be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, force majeure or delays resulting from postal delays.

Note: Free shipping is ONLY applicable to pincodes that are serviced by our logistics partners. In the case that your pincode is un-serviceable, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. Our team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same before dispatching your order.

For all orders, taxes and shipping has been included in the product price, but fees of INR 100 will be charged for all COD for orders. 

In case of return of cash, a fees of INR 150 as a return shipment fees is applicable.  

All exchanges will be done in free of cost for 2 days.
